LEGAL AND BACKGROUND ANALYSIS
Who will be entering your facility? This is a crucial question. Since we employ our own staff, we have control over who is assigned to your location. That’s why we perform both county and national background checks and I-9 verification before any team member sets foot in your building.

HIRING OUR W2 SPECIALISTS
Every new team member undergoes a comprehensive orientation process to familiarize themselves with our company culture, values, and expectations. During orientation, we provide an overview of our mission, policies, and procedures, setting the foundation for their journey with us.
