Our training is based on three pillars:
1. How to Properly Perform Each Cleaning Task
Our training program includes detailed instruction on our cleaning protocols and best practices. Team members learn the most effective techniques for tasks such as dusting, disinfecting, vacuuming, damp mopping, machine operation, and more.
2. How to Do It Safely
Safety is a priority in the commercial cleaning field. We provide extensive training on safety procedures according to OSHA Standards to ensure that our team members can perform their duties safely and confidently. This includes instruction on the proper use of cleaning equipment, handling of chemicals, understanding SDS sheets, PPE usage, and precautions to prevent accidents or injuries.
3. How to Perform According to the SOP Designed for Your Building
During the partnership process, we will design a detailed and tailored SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) based on your specific needs. The SOP is then translated into a practical and simplified Cleaning Schedule. This schedule includes all tasks that will be systematically performed in your building, ensuring optimal performance. There’s no room for guesswork, as all the details our employees might encounter are already addressed in the schedule.
